People tend to have different reasons for having faith in the almighty. Some pray to god for their benefit, some for fear, some for redemption and some just because they were told to do so. In all these cases they pray to (ask) the almighty for something they are not capable of doing themselves. It's very hilarious to see people offer money as a bribe to the almighty for doing this. Even money has a certain value in our society so it's acceptable but "HAIR" you gotta be kidding me. All of this was passed down from our ancestors and we follow it without reasoning. So is our ancestors responsible for this anchor "GOD" that is pulling back our society.
A few millenia ago during the dawn of our society people weren't able understand things happening around them. They didn't know how a ball of light rose every morning and set every night. they didn't know how it rained. So for everything they didn't understand they named a supernatural entity and assumed it was responsible for that. This was the birth of "GOD' the ultimate flaw in our society.
